With March rolling in, we're so excited to share the updates from February here at Team Eventeny! We've been busy this past month with big product launches and platform updates - keep reading for more, and stay tuned as always for monthly updates.

🪑 Seat Select

If you've kept up with our launches, you may have heard that our brand new feature, Seat Select, was recently launched! Event organizers can now create custom seating charts for events of any scale through the Maps feature on our platform. These seating charts can be linked to tickets, allowing your event-goers to seamlessly select their seats.

📦 Ticket mailing

Want to send your event-goers physical tickets or badges before an event? Eventeny's platform now supports mailing event tickets. Simply enable shipping from your event settings page, where you can also choose to pass shipping fees,  add deadlines, and additional fees.


Event organizers can now mail tickets and physical badges directly to event-goers.

🎨 Ticket confirmation page redesign

We've updated our ticket confirmation page, creating an easier, simpler user experience for your event-goers. When attendees purchase tickets, they'll be directed to this page with all the information they'll need, like ticket details, event details, and more!

  • Event organizers can now export daily onsite summaries of sales and inventory from their marketplace.
  • You can now give your vendors partial refunds, when they pay any fees upon booth selection.
  • Customers that purchase items from vendors in person will now receive email or text receipts with proof of purchase.
