evProtect

Give your event attendees peace of mind with our newest offering, evProtect refund protection for tickets and add-ons. In partnership with Protect Group, we're excited to announce that event organizers can now enable refund protection ahead of their event day.

What does evProtect cover?

Protection includes home and medical emergencies, work related concerns, weather conditions, and more! To learn more about protection with Protect Group, click  here.

evProtect from ticket settings

On the event organizer side, any tickets added to a confirmed order with refund protection will have protection enabled. For up to 14 days, your attendees can request refunds with no questions asked! Refunds after that point can be directed to Protect Group. Attendees can also swap tickets and retain refund protection if previously purchased. 

Offering refund protection to your attendees can minimize their stress in unforeseen circumstances, and reduce disputes and refund requests on your end.

💭 How do I activate refund protection for my attendees?

Refund protection can be activated from the Event Settings page, under Ticket Settings.

💭 Will adding refund protection affect my revenue?

Not at all! Protect Group handles every refund, ensuring your ticket revenue remains entirely intact. This means you're not dipping into your funds for refunds.

💭 How do customers apply for refunds?

If a customer selects refund protection when checking out, they'll receive an application link with their confirmation email. For more information on refund protection for attendees, check out this help article.

💭 Will I need to cover any of the refund process?

All refunds are entirely handled by Protect Group, leaving you to focus on your event!
